All tumblers are handmade to order. I take pride in creating each tumbler. Please note that these are not made by a machine but by hand.
PRODUCTS USED:
The great quality tumblers used are stainless steel. They keep beverages hot or cold for hours!
REAL glitter is used (when requested), not spray paint glitter, but in high quality, polyester glitter that will retain it's sparkle. Coated in a food safe epoxy. Any decal design will be protected and glitter will not flake off and will remain beautiful underneath the epoxy. (Follow care/washing instructions).
PERSONALIZATION:
You may personalize your tumbler by adding a name, quote, or design just send me a message.
COLORS:
Want to change the Glitter color? Send me a message and let me know what color you are looking for. We carry just about any color you can think of. Design colors see photos.
IF NO STYLE/PERSONALIZATION IS GIVEN AT CHECKOUT EXACT ITEM SHOWN WILL BE SHIPPED.

PROCESSING TIMES:
My processing time is 10 - 12 business days (Larger order process times will vary). This does not include shipping! Before your item can be shipped we must ensure it dry and will ship safely and without damage. If you need your item sooner I offer “RUSH MY ORDER” (additional charge). Send me a message and I can create a custom listing with “RUSH MY ORDER” added.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
It is important to make sure your shipping address is correct. A delay can occur if shipping address is not accurate. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address provided at time of order and/or if it goes to the wrong location. We are not liable for any stolen, lost or mis-delivered items. Once item is shipped USPS then becomes responsible. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. Refund, replacement cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS. Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver will be charged $8.50 to reship item(s). No refunds on any package not deliverable.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on custom ordered tumblers will be accepted. If there is an error on my part once the item is received, please notify me WITHIN 24 hours. The item will need to be returned to be fixed or replaced. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase or they CANNOT be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. message us through ETSY within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 12 hours of placing initial order.

Care instructions
Hand washing in warm soapy water recommended, no scrubbing. NOT recommended to put in microwave or dishwasher as this can damage the design. Soak or submerging in water NOT recommended.
Do you do custom orders? Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do customer orders.
Discounts on orders of 20 or more items (Double Wall Cups).
Discounts on orders of 10 or more on stainless steal Tumblers.
Do you offer international shipping?

What do you use to make your items?

Do you refund?
No, all sales are final. If item is shipped and gets damaged during shipping a replacement item will be shipped. No exceptions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order being made. If canceled within 48 hours 30% will be deducted from order total. Orders placed are started in 36 hours of orders being placed.
Refused orders:
Any order refused by customer upon delivery will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. If customer request order to be reshipped there will be a custom listing for reshipment which included shipping plus $10.00.
