PRODUCTS USED:
The great quality tumblers used are stainless steel. They keep beverages hot or cold for hours!
Coated in a food safe epoxy. Any decal design will be protected and will remain beautiful underneath the epoxy. (Follow care/washing instructions).

You may personalize your tumbler by adding a name, quote, or design just send me a message.
Need Personalization let me know. IF NO STYLE/PERSONALIZATION IS GIVEN AT CHECKOUT EXACT ITEM SHOWN WILL BE SHIPPED.
AT CHECK OUT:
Please include colors, theme, or any other personalization required to complete your order. If we are not informed of the item specifications/personalization the item shown in listing will be shipped.

Every Custom made tumbler will come with Barbara's Creatives logo on bottom.

PROCESSING TIMES:
My processing time is 10 - 12 business days (Larger order process times will vary). This does not include shipping! Before your item can be shipped we must ensure it dry and will ship safely and without damage. If you need your item sooner I offer “RUSH MY ORDER” (additional charge). Send me a message and I can create a custom listing with “RUSH MY ORDER” added.

I appreciate and value all my customers and understand life happens. There are times we realize there was a gift we needed to pick up and forgot to get/order. SHIPPING ADDRESS:
It is important to make sure your shipping address is correct. A delay can occur if shipping address is not accurate. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address provided at time of order and/or if it goes to the wrong location. We are not liable for any stolen, lost or mis-delivered items. Once item is shipped USPS then becomes responsible. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. Refund, replacement cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS. Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver will be charged $15.00 to reship item(s). No refunds on any package not deliverable.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on custom ordered tumblers will be accepted. If there is an error on my part once the item is received, please notify me WITHIN 24 hours. The item will need to be returned to be fixed or replaced. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase or they CANNOT be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. message us through ETSY within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 12 hours of placing initial order.

Care instructions
Hand washing in warm soapy water recommended, no scrubbing. NOT recommended to put in microwave or dishwasher as this can damage the design. Soak or submerging in water NOT recommended.
Do you do custom orders? Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do customer orders.
Discounts on orders of 20 or more items (Double Wall Cups).
Discounts on orders of 10 or more on stainless steal Tumblers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, please contact me and I will add your specific shipping location to the item listing.
What do you use to make your items?
Each item is made with different products, please see item description for details.
Do you refund?
No, all sales are final. If item is shipped and gets damaged during shipping a replacement item will be shipped. No exceptions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order being made. If canceled within 48 hours 30% will be deducted from order total. Orders placed are started in 36 hours of orders being placed.
Refused orders:
Any order refused by customer upon delivery will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. If customer request order to be reshipped there will be a custom listing for reshipment which included shipping plus $10.00.
