SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is important to make sure your shipping address is correct. A delay can occur if shipping address is not accurate. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping address provided at time of order and/or if it goes to the wrong location. We are not liable for any stolen, lost or mis-delivered items. Once item is shipped USPS then becomes responsible. If this happens, please contact your local USPS. Refund, replacement will cannot be offered under any circumstance with regards to USPS. Items returned with insufficient address or not able to deliver will be charged $8.50 to reship item(s). No refunds on any package not deliverable.
RETURNED ORDERS
All orders are final. I do accept returns unless a mistake is made on my part (spelling, wrong size, etc.) on a product ordered. If a product comes damaged contact me immediately. Damage item solution (replacement) request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. message us through ETSY within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items, minimum of 3 photos. We will look into the matter and contact you within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours of placing initial order. After 24 hours’ item will be created and shipped to the address provided at time or order.

Do you refund?
No, all sales are final. If item is shipped and gets damaged during shipping a replacement item will be shipped. No exceptions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order being made. If canceled within 48 hours 30% will be deducted from order total. Orders placed are started in 36 hours of orders being placed.
Refused orders:
Any order refused by customer upon delivery will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. If customer request order to be reshipped there will be a custom listing for reshipment which included shipping plus $10.00.
